Where do you deliver?

For Funeral Flowers: I deliver to the following local postcode areas: TF1, TF2, TF3, TF4, TF5, TF7, and I cover the following area locations within Telford:

For Wedding Flowers : I happily deliver throughout the Telford area. If your venue is a little further afield, deliveries across the surrounding Shropshire region can easily be arranged upon request. Deliveries outside of Telford may incur an additional travel fee depending on the distance.

How much do you charge for delivering Funeral Flowers?

Delivery to a house address is a local fee of £6.50, while delivery straight to a funeral director is free.

• Please note: Our online system currently charges a delivery fee for all orders. If you are ordering online for delivery to a funeral director, I will adjust your order by adding extra value to your flowers to offset the charge. If you prefer, you can call me to place your order and pay the exact amount.

When is your delivery service available?

I deliver Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Sundays by strict arrangement only.

• Funeral Flowers Deliveries: These are always given priority and scheduled precisely according to the service time.
• Wedding Flowers Deliveries: Specific delivery slots will be coordinated and confirmed with you well in advance of your big day.

What are the delivery requirements for funeral flowers?

To ensure your tributes arrive perfectly, funeral flowers are best delivered directly to the funeral directors. Alternatively, at the Family’s request they can be delivered to the family home.

• Important: If delivering to a home address, please ensure a responsible person will be there to receive the flowers and confirm that the funeral directors will indeed be leaving from that specific property.

What are the delivery requirements for wedding flowers?

All wedding orders are strictly for delivery only. At the time of confirming your booking, we will establish a specific delivery time and location, and you must ensure a designated, responsible person is present to receive and sign for the flowers.

Do you offer a same-day delivery service?

Sorry, no. Because I operate from a private creative studio rather than a traditional high street shop, all of my designs are custom-made to order. I require all funeral and wedding bookings to be made in advance.

Can I visit the studio or place a click-and-collect order?

Sorry, no. To focus entirely on crafting bespoke designs, my studio is a private workspace and is not open to the public. I do not offer a collection service; all orders are strictly delivery-only.

Can I call to speak with the person handling my order?
