Wedding Flowers Booking Terms and Conditions: The Short Version
Annie-Maiden’s Flowers want to make bringing your wedding vision to life as smooth as possible. When you book with me, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions. Here is a quick summary of the key points you need to know:
- Securing Your Date: A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required to secure your date in my diary. This covers the initial consultation, admin, and holding the slot.
- Final Payment: Your final balance must be cleared 45 days before your wedding date. I cannot place my flower orders with my suppliers until this is paid.
- Nature's Variations: Flowers are living, natural products. Exact shades and open stages can vary. I reserve the right to substitute stems with equal or higher-value alternatives to match your colour palette if a crop fails or market supply shifts.
- Cancellations and Moves: Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel within 60 days of the wedding, the full balance remains due as stock and team slots are locked in. Date moves are subject to Annie-Maiden’s Flowers availability.
- Prop Hire: All rented arches, vases, and stands remain the property of Annie-Maiden’s Flowers. A refundable security bond is required against any breakages, loss, or wax damage.
- Venues and Insurance: If your venue closes, goes out of business, or cancels, your contract with Annie-Maiden’s Flowers remains active. I strongly advise taking out Wedding Insurance to protect your investment.
Following the initial consultation, you will be sent Annie-Maiden’s Flowers' detailed quote along with the full and detailed Terms and Conditions to read and sign digitally before making your booking fee payment.
